Superbly crafted Black CTC Tea blended with twenty age-old revered herbs and spices that incorporate all six tastes based on Dosha Balancing Principles of Ayurved - Sweet, Salty, Sour, Pungent, Astringent, and Bitter.
Steeping Instructions
Heat 150ml of fresh water, and allow it to cool briefly. Place tea in a cup and pour water over the leaves. Steep for 3 to 4 minutes, add milk and sugar and enjoy.
Ideal Time To Drink
20 minutes after meals. Never on an empty stomach.
